The same price whoever sends it: a person, a broadcast, an automation, a chatbot, the API or the AI. Charged only when Meta reports the message delivered; failed messages are free.

AI
Billed by the tokens each answer uses
Every AI call is charged from its real token count, from ₹0.10 per reply. Before it runs we hold enough to cover it; afterwards we charge the actual amount and release the rest.
Only answers are charged
If an AI call fails or hands the chat to your team without answering, you pay nothing for it.
Your own key, no AI charge
Connect your own Gemini, Claude or OpenAI key and pay your provider directly. We charge nothing for AI.
Daily limit
A daily AI spending limit (₹200 by default, change it any time) so a busy day never surprises you.

Pricing questions
Why do I pay Meta separately?
While WhatsCommerce is a Meta Tech Provider, Meta bills each business directly for its own message charges, through the payment method in your WhatsApp Manager. We add only our small fee per message, from your balance. We don’t mark up Meta’s price.
What is free?
Receiving messages, replying to a customer who wrote in the last 24 hours (however the reply is sent: by a person, a chatbot, an automation or the AI), your numbers, team seats, contacts, the inbox, templates, analytics, growth links and QR codes, and the public API.
How does the balance work?
Add ₹200 or more by UPI, card, net banking or wallet. GST (18%) is added at payment and you get a GST tax invoice. Paid messages and AI are taken from the balance as they happen, and you can see every charge in Billing.
What happens if my balance runs out?
Templates and broadcasts pause, and resume by themselves when you add money. Replies inside the 24-hour window keep working. The AI hands chats to your team instead of answering. You get a warning before the balance runs low.
Can I control AI spending?
Yes. Set a daily AI limit (₹200 by default); when it’s reached, AI replies stop for the day and chats go to your team. Or use your own AI provider key and we don’t charge for AI at all.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Messaging and AI have no subscription and no minimum term: you add money when you need it and pay for what you use. The upcoming website builder will have month-to-month plans (yearly with two months free) and a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first payment.
